Multi-year Digital Accessibility Plan 2026–2028
This document sets out the strategy of BEAU NUAGE (SAS Beau Nuage) for improving the digital accessibility of its website beau-nuage.fr over the period 2026–2028, in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
Strategy and governance
Digital accessibility is integrated into BEAU NUAGE's digital roadmap as a compliance requirement for all projects relating to the beau-nuage.fr website (redesigns, new modules, new product pages and the checkout process).
Digital Accessibility Officer
Nolwenn Morgand (nolwenn.morgand@beau-nuage.com) has been appointed as Digital Accessibility Officer. The Accessibility Officer oversees compliance, centralises user accessibility feedback and validates external service providers working on accessibility-related matters.
Human and financial resources
One dedicated internal resource (the Digital Accessibility Officer) and a budget of €8,000 have been allocated for the accessibility audit and compliance remediation work.
Recruitment
Digital accessibility skills (RGAA, WCAG) will be included as a desirable criterion in future technical job descriptions (front-end development, integration, UX/UI) and within the specifications provided to external service providers.
Training and awareness
A digital accessibility awareness session (covering RGAA fundamentals and PrestaShop accessibility best practices) will be organised during 2026 for the teams responsible for the website (development, content and digital marketing).
External resources and expertise
An external provider to carry out the RGAA accessibility audit is currently being appointed. This section will be updated once the appointment has been confirmed.
Technical resources and tools
-
Automated testing: axe-core / axe DevTools
-
Colour contrast testing: Colour Contrast Analyser
-
Assistive technology testing: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and keyboard-only navigation
Internal organisation
User reports relating to accessibility are centralised via the contact form and the email address contact@beau-nuage.com, then forwarded to the Digital Accessibility Officer for follow-up and response.
Contractual requirements
From 2026, all tenders and quotations relating to the beau-nuage.fr website (development, PrestaShop theme and modules) will include an explicit requirement for RGAA compliance together with an acceptance clause requiring accessibility testing before deployment.
